This was my second night look and I loved it. I'm a 38/D-DD and I was worried about falling out and or it not fitting right so I got the L, I would actually have gone down to a M for a slightly tighter fit and more under boob. As it was it completely covered and held the girls in all night for a great headbanging time. I also wore nude pasties with it, they aren't necessary but I didn't like the way the fabric looked over them, I think it also helped with any possible chaffing. Held up great to sweat and while the girls moved it wasn't annoying. Definitely recommend and would suggest going a little smaller if you want the under-boob look; if you don't get your usual size!
