Orders are processed Monday-Friday, excluding major holidays.

Please allow us up to 1-2 business days to prepare your order for shipment! Once shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number. Orders are shipped via United States Postal Service, FedEx, or UPS.

Delivery Times:

• Standard shipping: 5-7 business days
• Priority shipping: 2-4 business days
• Express shipping: 1-3 business days

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages delayed by the carrier. Please keep an eye on the tracking of your package for delivery status! For any delivery issues or if your package is lost/stolen, please contact the respective carrier.

We ship most items within 1-2 business days via FedEx or USPS. Delivery can take 10-15 business days for delivery depending on your location,

PLEASE NOTE that all international orders are subject to customs fees determined by their country's regulations and delays sometimes can occur while clearing customs.

Yes! You can pick up your order at our retail store located at 414 W Pico Blvd, Los Angeles, CA 90015.

You can select Pick Up during the shipping page at checkout!

Pick up orders are typically ready in 1-2 business days. You'll receive an email ("A shipment from order #______ is on the way!") when your order is ready for pickup.

Once you've picked up your order, the shipping fee will be refunded back to your original form of payment. 

• All returns are issued as store credit in the form of a one-time discount code.
• We have a strict 30-day return policy and returns must be postmarked within30 days of the delivery date as stated in the tracking information.
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have original tags attached.
• If the return is due to an error on our end (defective, damaged, wrong item, etc.), we will happily issue a full refund including the cost of shipping.
• Clearance items and face masks are final sale.

Please note that Rave Wonderland is not liable for any return packages that may become lost or stolen in-transit. Please keep your proof of postage and/or return tracking number when shipping back your returns.
