These are cute but short on me. I am 5’4” and ~130. I am between a small and medium but ordered a medium to be safe. They are a little lose around my hips but short and only fall about an inch above my ankle. Could maybe pull it off with boots. Also they are not really “bell bottoms” but have a mild flare cut
