RW is where I will be getting all of my garters. These ACTUALLY don't slip off and look amazing! And they ship incredibly fast. When I purchased the first time I didn't realize it was only one. But I ordered a second one the same week as my festival and it was here with time to spare. :)
Was worried it would not fit me since there was no sizes to pick from . I am fairly small and it fits and looks great! Would definitely recommend if this is the style you are looking for.
