Disappointed
It looks cheap and like part of a halloween costume. Really disappointed that I couldn't even go in my planned festival outfit because of the look of the skirt

Nice but kind of tight
The design of the skirt is really nice. Im 4’10” and weigh 113 lbs and the elastic part was still kind of tight around my waist. I wish they would have used a better more comfortable elastic waste band. But, Im still going to try and rock it. Hehe.
