• Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays. While we try to get out orders out as quickly as possible, some orders may take 1-2 business days to prepare for shipment.

• Handmade-to-order items have a production time of 10-15 business days regardless of the shipping method.

• If you're in Southern California and would like to pick up your order at our DTLA location, send an email to info@ravewonderland.com with your order number to request a store pick-up. We'll notify you when your order is ready for pick-up and will refund your shipping fee once your order has been picked up!
