Fishhook is made of 925 sterling silver. 925 Sterling silver is an alloy made up of 92.5% pure silver and 7.5% other metals (copper and sinc). It is considered to be hypoallergenic for most groups. 

Traditional silicone earplugs typically have a Noise Reduction Rating (NRR) between 21 and 33 dB, suitable for moderate noise environments like concerts, raves, or general sleeping use.
