Rave Wonderland Store Guide: Sizing, Shipping, Returns and the LA Showroom

Rave Wonderland has been dressing the festival scene since 2013. We carry more than 10,000 styles in sizes XS to 3XL, and we run a 9,000 square foot showroom in Downtown Los Angeles alongside the online store. This guide covers sizing, shipping, returns and everything else worth knowing before you order.

The showroom carries the full range: bodysuits, matching sets, rave dresses, platform boots and festival accessories. Our staff will help you build a complete look for EDC, Beyond Wonderland, Nocturnal Wonderland or Hard Summer, and you can try everything on before you commit. Full details are on our store page.

What we carry

The range splits into women's rave clothing and men's rave clothing, with shoes, boots and accessories to finish the outfit. If you are starting from scratch, best sellers and festival outfits are the quickest way in.

We also build collections around specific events, so you can shop a lineup rather than a category. Current ones include EDC Las Vegas, EDC Orlando, Nocturnal Wonderland, Bass Canyon, Burning Man and Halloween. The full catalog is always available.

Alongside our own exclusive collections we stock Badinka, J Valentine, Tripp NYC and Demonia, and we have designed pieces with Steve Aoki and Don Diablo.

Sizing

We carry XS to 3XL. Sizing is not identical across the brands we stock, so we publish charts by brand and by garment type rather than one chart for the whole catalog. Forplay, Anthony Wang, Badinka, Berness and YRU each have their own chart, and there are separate charts for men's t-shirts, hoodies, joggers and shorts alongside general women's, men's and shoe charts. They are collected on our sizing page and the Rave Wonderland size chart.

Check the sizing page before you order rather than assuming a size carries across. This matters most with platform boots, where the fit differs between makers.

Shipping and delivery times

Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding major holidays. Most take one to two business days to prepare before they ship, so add that to the delivery window below.

If you are ordering for a specific date, work backwards from the event rather than forwards from the order. Economy can run to ten business days door to door once preparation is included, so for anything inside two weeks we recommend Priority or Express. Shipping is charged per order, so ordering a full outfit together costs less than ordering piece by piece.

Tracking is emailed as soon as your order ships. International orders go via FedEx or USPS and take 10 to 15 business days depending on destination, with duties and taxes payable on delivery. Our shipping page has the complete terms.

Returns and exchanges

You have 30 days from the delivery date to return an item, and the return needs to be postmarked inside that window. Returns are issued as store credit, which is the standard across rave retailers, and we send it as a discount code once the return is processed. Return shipping is arranged by you. We process returns Wednesday to Friday and email your credit as soon as it is complete.

Items need to come back unworn, unwashed and in new condition with the original tags attached. We cannot accept anything showing deodorant or cosmetic marks, perfume, pet hair or general wear.

Some categories are final sale: clearance, Halloween costumes and accessories, face masks, hosiery of any kind whether opened or not, wigs and hair pieces, cosmetics, and face jewels and glitter. Shoes must be unworn, so try them indoors on carpet before deciding. Halloween items can be exchanged for a different size by emailing us.

Two things worth knowing that are easy to miss. If the fault is ours, meaning the item arrived defective or damaged or we sent the wrong thing, you get a full refund including the shipping you paid, not store credit. And a parcel returned to us marked refused or undeliverable carries a 20% restocking fee, so if you have moved or mistyped an address, tell us before it ships rather than after.

Neither of us is covered for a package stolen after delivery, in either direction, so use an address where someone can take it in if you can.

Collecting in person instead

If you are in Los Angeles you can order online and collect at the showroom. The shipping fee is refunded to your original payment method once you have picked the order up, so collection costs nothing and removes the delivery window entirely. It is the only way to guarantee something for an event inside two days.
