To begin the return process, enter your order number and email address into the Return Portal below our Return Policy.

We have a strict 30-day return policy and returns must be postmarked within 30 days of the delivery date as stated in the tracking information.

  • All Returns are issued as a one-time discount code and can only be applied on one order.
  • Customer covers the shipping cost of returns. 
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have original tags attached.
  • If the return is due to an error on our end (defective, damaged, wrong item, etc.), we will happily issue a full refund including the cost of shipping.
  • For incorrect or defective items, please email us within 14 days of receiving your order and include a photo. 
  • Returns are processed Wednesday through Friday and you should receive an email containing your e-gift card once your return has been processed.
  • We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages delayed by the carrier. Please keep an eye on the tracking of your package for delivery status! For any delivery issues or if your package is lost/stolen, please contact the respective carrier (USPS or FedEx).

 

CONDITIONS:

  • Clearance items are FINAL SALE. NO RETURNS. NO EXCHANGES.
  • For health and sanitary reasons, all masks are final sale.
  • SHOES: Shoes must be unworn in order to return - any returned shoes with signs of wear (i.e. dirty soles) will not be accepted. The shoe box must be returned undamaged with the shoes inside. Shoes returned in a damaged shoe box (i.e. you tape the shoe box or put the shipping label directly on the shoe box) will incur a 20% restocking fee.
  • For hygienic reasons, all items must be returned unworn, unused, undamaged and brand new with all original tags attached or we will not accept it back. This includes but is not limited to visible signs of use including deodorant/cosmetic stains, perfume, scents, etc.
  • For hygienic reasons, face jewels, glitter, cosmetics, and opened hosiery will not be accepted as a return.
  • Shipping fees will not be reimbursed if the return is denied. Customer will be responsible for shipping cost if they would like rejected items shipped back to them.
  • Packages return to us marked "Refused", "Undeliverable", or otherwise will incur a 20% restocking fee.

Please note that Rave Wonderland is not liable for any return packages that may become lost or stolen in-transit. Please keep your proof of postage and/or return tracking number when shipping back your returns.
