Return Policy

To begin the return process, enter your order number and email address into the Return Portal below our Return Policy.


We have a strict 14-day return policy and returns must be postmarked within 14 days of the delivery date as stated in the tracking information.

  • All Returns are issued as store credit in an electronic gift card via email.
  • You will be responsible for covering the shipping costs to return your item(s).
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have original tags attached.
  • If the return is due to an error on our end (defective, damaged, wrong item, etc.), we will happily issue a full refund including the cost of shipping.
  • For incorrect or defective items, please email us within 14 days of receiving your order and include a photo. Plz don't wait a month to notify us!
  • Returns are processed Wednesday through Friday and you should receive an email containing your e-gift card once your return has been processed.
  • We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages delayed by the carrier. Please keep an eye on the tracking of your package for delivery status! For any delivery issues or if your package is lost/stolen, please contact the respective carrier (USPS or FedEx).


  • For health and sanitary reasons, all masks are final sale.
  • SHOES: The shoe box must be returned undamaged with the shoes inside. Shoe returned in a damaged shoe box (i.e. you tape the shoe box or put the shipping label directly on the shoe box) will incur a 20% restocking fee.
  • Clearance items are FINAL SALE. NO RETURNS. NO EXCHANGES.
  • For hygienic reasons, all items must be returned unworn, unused, undamaged and brand new with all original tags attached or we will not accept it back. This includes but is not limited to visible signs of use including deodorant/cosmetic stains, perfume, scents, etc.
  • For hygienic reasons, any opened hosiery, face jewels, glitter, cosmetics will not be accepted as a return.
  • Shipping fees will not be reimbursed if the return is denied.
  • Packages return to us marked "Refused", "Undeliverable", or otherwise will incur a 20% restocking fee.

Please note that Rave Wonderland is not liable for any return packages that may become lost or stolen in-transit. Please keep your proof of postage and/or return tracking number when shipping back your returns.

How long does shipping generally take?

Orders are processed Monday - Friday, excluding some federal holidays.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages or packages delayed by the carrier.Please keep an eye on your local mailman. Please contact your local postal service if package is lost or stolen.

All international orders are subject to customs fees determined by their countries regulations.
